BILLING POLICY
Please note we are a private billing practice. A $45 gap fee applies for ALL appointments (M-F) and $60 gap on Saturday. Appointments more than 25 minutes will incur a $70 Gap fee.

You can book in person and tele-health appointments through the hotdoc booking system. Please note that telehealth consults are for a maximum of 15 minutes.
TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS UPDATE
All telehealth consultations must be booked via our online booking system. Our billing policy has recently changed so please review it here. If you wish to book a telehealth appointment you can use our booking system here.
In order to be eligible for a Telehealth consultation you must have been seen in the practice physically within the last 12 month. If you are unsure if you have been in the practice within the last 12 months, please call reception on 9212 1400 so we can help you organise your appointment.
Autism Assessment
As part of our assessment process our psychologist offers ADOS - 2, ADI-R and ABAS-3. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial for effective support and intervention. Our registered psychologist work one on and one to conduct the tests and write the diagnostic report. For more information please click the link below.
